Sourcing

You may already have your perfect building plot, in which case that’s a job well done and you won’t need any help at this stage. However if you don’t have the perfect plot just yet, the team at Butler-Smith will work tirelessly with our extensive contact list of land professionals within the industry to find you that perfect plot. This takes a lot of stress off your shoulders and makes the entire process that little bit more special.

Design & planning

Design and planning can be a little tedious at times, however this is where Butler-Smith really come into their stride. Our designer will liaise closely with you (the client) and our architect, to produce the most exquisite new home with bespoke living areas, tailored perfectly to your needs. All of this built into a bundle to suit your budget.

The build

In most cases, the build process is the most stressful part. However, we take pride in making this an enjoyable experience. Once you’re satisfied with the build package we’ve designed around you, you’ll be required to sign a build contract which will set out the exact build schedule and conditions. Then, sit back and relax whilst our incredibly talented team build your dream home into reality. Our tradesmen are some of the best in the business and will carry out their work to the very best of their ability, which in turn will pass our extensive quality control procedure. Once complete, you can enjoy your new bespoke Butler-Smith home and the fantastic new lifestyle it offers.
