Rose Cottage

Rose Cottage, our inaugural development, was completed in 2018. Over nine months, we transformed an untouched green field into the beautiful reality of a four-bedroom home.

Nestled within the charming embrace of Nantwich, Rose Cottage beckons with its idyllic location. Accessed via a secluded private driveway, adjacent to the once-famed Stapeley Water Gardens, this residence stands as a testament to architectural finesse and timeless elegance.

Boasting four bedrooms, Rose Cottage offers contemporary living with private en-suites adorning bedrooms one and two, while a convenient Jack and Jill bathroom serves bedrooms three and four. Every corner of this residence exudes a sense of refined comfort.

Prepare to be captivated by the heart of Rose Cottage: the modern open-plan kitchen/lounge. Throw open the bi-fold doors and extend your living space onto the charming patio area, perfect for intimate evenings or hosting gatherings with family and friends.

On entry you are greeted by the central staircase with glass banisters — a striking feature that infuses each level with an abundance of natural light and an undeniable sense of grandeur. From the meticulously curated interiors to the seamless fusion of modern amenities and timeless design elements, every aspect of this home reflects our dedication to creating homes that transcend the ordinary.
