Butley

A Mediterranean-inspired private build. Situated on a picturesque plot of land in Cheshire, Butley was designed to seamlessly blend Mediterranean charm with modern sophistication. For this development, our team worked collaboratively with both the client's architect and interior designers. With four bedrooms and a wealth of luxurious amenities, this dwelling is a true masterpiece of architectural ingenuity.

One of the standout features is the large crittall window adorning the staircase, offering panoramic views and flooding the space with natural light. Contrasting black-framed windows add depth and character to the exterior, creating a striking visual contrast.

Internally, calming earthy tones prevail, complemented by meticulously styled feature rooms by Natalie Holden Interiors. Attention to detail is evident in every corner, with thoughtfully curated spaces that exude both warmth and sophistication. The all-white kitchen serves as the heart of the home, with contrasting features creating a tranquil atmosphere that invites both culinary creativity and casual gatherings.

The principal bedroom is a sanctuary unto itself, featuring a walk-through dressing area and en-suite bathroom. Bowers & Wilkins ceiling speakers and intelligent lighting systems create an ambiance of relaxation and tranquility, while home automation ensures seamless control at the touch of a button.

In line with our commitment to sustainability, the home is equipped with solar panels, harnessing renewable energy to reduce environmental impact. Bespoke automated gates, controlled autonomously by Control4 technology, provide both security and convenience.

The outdoor living spaces are equally impressive: a herringbone outdoor brick-built log burner provides warmth on cool evenings, while an automated pergola offers shade and comfort at the touch of a button. A stunning natural large-format slab serves as the centrepiece for al fresco gatherings, surrounded by lush landscaping designed for privacy and tranquility.
