A market leading ten year warranty is included with every single one of our builds to give our clients peace of mind that the quality of our work is second to none. This goes hand in hand with making sure that these warranties are accepted by almost every single mortgage lender.

As part of our customer service, we take great pride in making sure you’re over the moon with your new Butler-Smith home. As timber is a material that is used throughout each new build, it naturally shrinks (with heat) which causes some cracking. We try our best to warm the house up as slowly as possible before completion to make sure cracking is kept to a very minimum. However, it’s inevitable that some cracking will appear over the first two years. Once those two years are up and the timber has finished shrinking, we’ll give the entire house a once over to fill in all the little cracks.

It’s our priority to make sure you never fall out of love with your Butler-Smith home and our after sales customer service is there to help with any little issues you may face over the first two years of ownership. Even after our period of warranty finishes, we’ll touch base every now and then, to see if there’s any after sales services we can provide to enhance your new home ownership experience.
