Butler Smith Developments were commissioned by a client seeking excellence, our team were entrusted with the entire project, from sourcing the perfect land to designing and building their bespoke home. Collaborating closely with our client, our design team embraced their preferences while infusing the project with our signature flair, resulting in the creation of this outstanding development.
From its inception, our client was captivated by our vision, as Mulberry House promises to deliver all the opulent amenities that define modern-day indulgence.
Central to Mulberry House’s allure is its striking fusion of glass elements seamlessly integrated into the Georgian framework. The pièce de résistance is the awe-inspiring 1.5-story kitchen extension, adorned with a vaulted ceiling, flooding the space with an air of grandeur and expansiveness.
The rear elevation boasts a series of tinted toughened glass panels, allowing natural light to grace the interiors, with two panels sliding open to invite the outdoors in during warmer seasons. Complementing this contemporary feature are meticulously crafted crittall doors, offering a seamless transition to the patio—a haven for hosting family and friends.
Turning our attention to the front elevation, we've reimagined traditional elements to exude a commanding presence. A larger front door, adorned with glass accents, beckons guests into the residence, while slender, black-framed sash windows add a touch of modernity, perfectly contrasting against the timeless facade.
In pursuit of architectural excellence, we've meticulously chosen materials to enhance both aesthetics and functionality. K-rend, meticulously applied, not only enhances the property's appearance but also ensures lasting cleanliness and freshness throughout the year. Embracing the quintessential charm of high-quality brickwork, we've selected a stunning buff brick to harmonise with the white K-rend, infusing the home with a subtle rustic charm that resonates with the Georgian ethos.
Every detail of Mulberry House has been meticulously considered, right down to its illumination. Black up/down lights adorn the exterior, controlled by intelligent sensors that adapt to changing light levels, ensuring both security and ambiance. Gatsby's privacy is further accentuated by a sliding electric gate, offering seclusion and tranquillity.
