A secluded garden plot in the heart of Stapeley was the perfect location for our first development in the Nantwich area. This is where our ethos for a stunning, modern twist on a traditionally built house was born.

Rose House is nestled away in 1/5th of an acre with period brick walls to the garden, making it an idillic plot for a spacious four bed family home.

A long private driveway, secured by electric iron gates, make this house extremely safe all year round.

This plot was perfect for a timber framed car port which sits on the westerly wall providing numerous advantages such as;

Our current development in Faddiley consists of two beautiful traditionally built homes with a never-ending list of gorgeous modern twists, perfectly positioned a short drive out of Nantwich town centre for those that prefer a more tranquil environment.

Sitting just three miles from Nantwich and seventeen miles from Chester, this development offers great transport links to a variety of local work districts.

We worked tirelessly with the designer and architect to ensure that each plot could be distinctly recognisable by boasting their own unique characteristics, both inside and out.

Each house sits perfectly on a 0.2 acre plot with unrivalled views over the Cheshire countryside to the rear. With over eight metres of space between each house, there is more than enough car parking space for five cars per property.

Black exterior up/down lighting (triggered by light sensors) will elequently light up the entrance and each house as the sun starts to set. As the sun rises, the same light sensors, will in turn, command the lights to switch off.

Gatsby will be a true ‘one-off’ development built in a spacious garden plot located in a small, peaceful village (Barlaston, close to major transport links and creditable employers. With Wedgwood just a short walk away, Gatsby is in the perfect location for Sunday strolls to the famous museum or for long walks through the surrounding fields.

Gatsby will fit perfectly within the local surroundings and will be our take on a modern-styled Georgian house with exquisite finishing touches that will make this development extremely unique.
